I'm getting my husband's Gmail calendar invites on my phone

Hello,

Husband and I are both running iPhone 14 Pro Max with all updates. We both use Gmail calendar. For some reason, I am getting notified of some of his Gmail calendar invites - not all of them, they all seem to be coming from one person. My husband's calendar is not enabled on my phone, I am definitely not on the invites. I've spent hours going through the settings on my phone and his Gmail account, and can't find anything that seems to point to this problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Please check if you added the same email Account on your device and have enabled Calendar?

All the devices sync with an email client server which hosts your calendar. If you have a Calendar on iCloud that will not sync with Google Calendar. Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar [Choose what you want]. What you add (Event) on iPhone Calendar is synced with default calendar unless you have chosen a specific calendar at the time of event creation.

To which email account are the calendar events synced with your iPhone? This is not clear in your post

Separate email / calendar accounts. His calendar is not enabled on my phone - and I've tried enabling and disabling it to be absolutely certain. There should be no connection between his calendar and mine. I've also checked on both my iPad and MacBook - this is only happening on the phone. All three calendars have the same settings - my Gmail as default, his Gmail is there but unchecked.
