updateing Mac OSX 10.9.5

Can I update my 2016 macbook air 10.9.5 ? I am unable to update my Firefox browser.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and click on the download link for a newer OS in the Related Article above. Your computer's maximum one is Monterey.

Catalina and newer won't run 32-bit software; download and use Go64 as well as using the first link above.
