Ads that are in apps

I have a few game apps that I play. In these games, to earn extras such as gems or lives, you can watch an ad. Lately, the ads won’t play. This has happened in several games. I’m not for sure what I’ve done to have this happen. I have looked through my settings several times but can’t figure out what I have done. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. Can anyone help me with this? I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
