Invitation to join my HomeKit not getting to my wife.
The invitations I send to my wife are not getting to her. I've followed all of the instructions. Both phones are up to date and we are on the same wi-fi network. I'm stumped. Any help?

Thank you for the additional details, Duncan314.
Has she already tried to locate the invitation both in her notifications and the Home app? Let's check both by doing the following:

If the issue remains, and you're still showing in her Home app, she may want to try removing you and then you can try sending the invitation again.
Cheers!
Hello Duncan314,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you need help with inviting someone to HomeKit. We completely understand why you'd reach out, and are happy to help.
First, great job making sure the devices are updated, that is a crucial step. Next, are both of you using two-factor authentication on your devices?
Two-factor authentication for Apple ID
If you both already have these things in place on your devices, try restarting your Wi-Fi router, connecting to your network again, and then sending the invite again.
Please have a look and let us know if this helps!
Cheers!
Thanks for the response. But, no luck. Maybe more info will help. Originally, she showed on my Home app. I guess because we are a "family. I forget why I deleted her in the Home app on my phone, but I did. Now I can't get her back.
On her phone, in the Home app, we both show up. But, my ID is what the HomePod mini is under.
I'm trying to do this so the lights come on for her if she comes home alone at night.
Hopefully, I've described my situation correctly. Any more assistance would be appreciated.
Hi Duncan314,
Thanks for letting us know you are trying the update, as that will assure you have the most optimized version for your iPhone. If you still run into the issue after installing that, reach out to Apple Support as this issue may require some closer guidance. You can reach them here: Apple Support
Take care.
Thanks again. But, sadly, still no luck. I just noticed there is an IOS update so I'm installing that. Maybe, just maybe, I'll have some luck. Will post back once I have success.
