My issue is the following. I receive a notification that there is an update available for the Powerbeats. This notification is given by the Beats app on my android device. When i click on this notification i'm redirected to the Beats app.
According update instructions given on internetpages.. it states that the beats app and the headphonecase should be open en that update will be performed automatically. You refer to the option to select to install. There is not such option in the beats app itself. The only thing (with regards to update) i see is the message on the device notification screen(which i already have clicked on). So in the Beats app there is no 'install'/ update button/option to select. This is also not described in the instructions.
So basically i expect (according instructions) that the update will be performed automatically as long as the device and case are near each other.. now for a long period i see the notifcation that the update is there,but simply nothing happens. That's all. No error messages given.
What i have done already:
I have resetted the headphones multiple times but this doesn't resolved the update issue. Als using most recent version of the Beats app on android. Also reinstalled it completely and that also didn't resolved.
