how can i unlock my phone without erasing the Data

my iPhone screen was broken and when I fixed it, when trying to put the passcode every time it says its incorrect and now its locked for 3 hours, i need to unlock without loosing any data

i don't know when last i backed up the iPhone - i really need all information in the phone please help
