When I go to edit the video, there is only a front bar and I haven't been able to find or create a second bar or select the right white arrow to find an end bar. Restarting my phone doesn't do anything, and I don't have a Mac to transfer the video to. I have tried other videos too and it does not work.

I recorded the video myself. I tried to use the instructions in this article, but it did not work. There was only one bar when I hit “Edit” on the video, which only changed where the video would play from. Also, the box below the video never went yellow (like in the article image) and I could never select “Done” because it was greyed out.
