Unable to locate the 'Speed Control' button in Photos

I really want to speed up a portion of a work video and looking online this seems possible in the Photos app using the Speed Control button, but I can't find it. I have just updated my iOS to 18.3.1 and I have an iPhone 13.

I go into Photos, click on the video and click the Edit button at the bottom of the page. If I click on the sliders they go yellow and I can trim videos but I can't see the Speed Control button. I just have four buttons at the bottom. The Video button which I assume is to trim, the Adjust button, the Filters button and the Crop button.

Any ideas please? Apologies if you ask a question, I now have to be away from my desk for a couple of hours.

Anyone have any ideas on this? I have been told you can only slow speeds down, not make it faster (need iMovie for that?) but I would like to find this speed control button anyway?
