Not receiving calls or messages from one particular number

For some reason I suddenly can’t receive calls or messages from one particular number on my iPhone 11. However I can call and message them. I have checked that the number is not blocked. Anyone got any ideas please?

Tell them the number you’re not receiving calls from.

They can check their system to make sure they can see calls from that number enter their network.
