What is the price for 14 Pro Max 258 GB for opened phone (to be used with all carriers)? Previously on the website there was clear information for opened phones what is the price, but know there isn’t such. Is it 1199 $?

I went to the following site, made all of the selections (e.g., color, no trade), click the Payment Option Buy and it lists the carriers and prices including the any carrier option for $1199. Buy iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max - Apple
Yes, I did the same. But the “choose carrier later” means that the phone is opened for all carriers?
