Low Power Mode not available on Early 2015 Macbook Pro

On my early 2015 MacBook, macOS Monterey's low power mode is not available. Since I downloaded OS Monterey my Macbook's battery is empty within 1-2 day without using the Macbook.

What can I do to avoid that battery problem?

Can I download an older OS Version (not OS Monterey) where everything was working great?

There is no "battery status" on my macbook air Greetings I have a Macbook air early 2016, I upgraded it to Monterey but by going to system preferences> battery, there is no "Battery Status" button. How is it possible? How can I check the battery status? Can anyone tell me something? Thank you
