Is there a way to clone all configurations from my previous AppleTV 4K to my new one without having to input all user and passwords from my numerous providers? Like approaching one to the other (not unlike when we upgrade iPhones)?

Not sure about “all” in the “100%” meaning, but the best you can do is through the One Home Screen functionality. Activate the One Home Screen on the old one, then set up the new one, and select the One Home Screen functionality during the setup questions.
