Can't find "Wallet & Apple Pay" on my Mac

I have a M1 iMac with my fingerprint set up on my keyboard. "Touch ID is turned on to unlock my mac, for Apple Pay, and for everything else. (Since it works to unlock my Mac, I assume that switch is turned on, not off, Apple doesn't make that obvious)

In Ventura 13.0.1 I opened "System Settings" and looked for "Wallet & Apple Pay" without luck. I searched for it as well.

I looked at this: Use Wallet & Apple Pay on Mac - Apple Support, which indicates I should see that option. Why don't I see it?

iMac 24″, macOS 13.0

I'm having the same exact issue on a M1 iMac running on Ventura 13.0.1 with no Wallet & Apple Pay pane on system settings. I've looked everywhere with no luck. I hope Apple has a solution for this annoying issue.

I looked at "System Settings" in an iMac at the Apple Store. The "Wallet & Apple Pay" was all the way at the bottom where add-ins can be found (below Printers). But not on my computer.

I left "System Settings" open for a couple of hours, and now it is there, between "Game Center" and "keyboard". Weird.
