Low speed on Apple TV + app only

I can’t seem to stream anything on Apple TV + on my Roku smart tv. When I check my connection speed through the Apple TV+ app I am only downloading at 20-30 mbps. When I check connecting speed through the Netflix app and on the Roku directly they are download 200 mbps. I have no issues streaming stuff through any other apps. Why is this and how do I fix it.

The content on the Apple TV app has a bitrate of 20–30 Mbps for 4K HDR, which is more (better quality) than Netflix or most other streaming services. Netflix doesn’t have video content of 200 Mbps. That would be a totally different measurement, not related to actual content.
