Itunes Media Services

My iPhone 14 Pro Max is constantly using data under "Itunes Media Services". I do not subscribe to Apple Music (even deleted the app), have data turned off for App Store and Itunes store. Why is it continuing to use data?!?!?

Hi there BoltAction,

We'd like to help however we can over Apple Support Communities, but you may need to get in touch with Apple Support if further troubleshooting is needed for this. Let's start ruling out some possible causes:

  1. Where exactly are you seeing the 'iTunes Media Services' using data on your iPhone?
  2. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  3. If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.1.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.

Cheers!
