Itunes Media Services

My iPhone 14 Pro Max is constantly using data under "Itunes Media Services". I do not subscribe to Apple Music (even deleted the app), have data turned off for App Store and Itunes store. Why is it continuing to use data?!?!?

Seeing it under Settings/Cellular/System Services
Phone has been restarted multiple times
IOS version 16.1.2
I deleted the Music app, have data turned off for the app store, restarted the phone and reset the statistics. It is still using data.

Where exactly are you seeing the 'iTunes Media Services' using data on your iPhone?
Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
If you have a compatible iPhone model, the latest version is iOS 16.1.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
