Why can't this be automatically created along with the AppleID? There are over 600 queries about this on here, going on for years.

Once you create an AppleID, you create accounts for Apple services (Music, Book, App Stores, FaceTime, iMessage, etc) by signing into that service with your AppleID. The first time you sign into a service with an AppleID, an account for that service is created tied to that AppleID.
Apple offers many online services so the process of creating an AppleID does not automatically create any service accounts. You decide which services you wish to use (and which ones you don’t wish to use) and create those service accounts with your AppleID.
