My daughter has hacked into my MacBook and iPhone. I deleted iTunes because it said I had 2 computers on it and 1 phone,. It should have been 1 computer and 1 phone. but now I can't get iTunes back.

In case you deleted in on your Mac as well, you'll have to reinstall macOS:

You can restrict the use of apps by setting up Screen Time:
See View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support. Did you remove an association that you didn't recognize? It will be recreated if you perform a task that requires association, such as downloading past purchases.
