Spam Calls from +353 (21) 425 9200

I also received a call from this number, which I missed and no vm was left. That afternoon I arrived at the local apple store to pickup an order only to discover there was a delay in processing. I called the number provided in the apple store app and was told Apple had tried to reach me by phone, I went through verification process, but the order continued to be delayed for an extended period of time. I called back again and got the same representative (weird) who told me Apple would not be calling from Cork County, Ireland and yet it is the only call that came through (and no there is not a block for unknown callers). Curious, I searched the number and found the another who posted to the community about receiving a call from Apple at the same number. Can someone verify if Apple would be calling from Cork County Ireland or not? Thank you.
