Disk Utility cannot instal my external SSD drive. How do you resolve problem of "com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49244"

Mac doesn't recognize new SSD external drive I have an iMac with macOS Monterey 12.6 it will not show my external hard drive. The drive is recognized on the disk utility but when I try to mount it I got the following message "Could not mount “SSD”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49244.)". How can I fix this issue? It is a brand new Portable SSD Mobile Storage with 7TB

Are you running Tuxera?

Did you format the drive NTFS perhaps?
