iPhone XR not charging after iOS 16 update

Is anyone else experiencing a compatibility issue between iOS 16 and iPhone XR?

I normally charge my phone using a USB-C lightning cable to a port on my MacBook Pro. This process usually takes about 2 hours when the battery is below 20%. I noticed last night that the phone charged 40% when plugged in for 5 hours. My iPad that was upgraded to the latest iOS is charging fine. I am still able to use the wall unit adapter, but it takes about 1/3 longer than my normal charge to my MacBook Pro.
