Try a different Dynamic wall paper from the first column only and compare your results...
Not all wallpaper is dynamic of course.
If no resolve do a SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies
clears cache files, reboot as normal and compare your results.
