Unable to restore iPad showing error 4013

I am unable to restore my iPad after receiving red screen. It has been showing error 4013. However, I already have updated MacOS and iTunes. Please let me know if there is any way to restore my iPad. I have tried nearly all methods mentioned in the google and also removed my iPad from find my device in apple cloud. Let me know if there is any other way for the same.

Alternatively, if you have access to another Apple device, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to assist:
