My iphone 13 got cracked and I went to tradeline Egypt and I told them the warranty say hardware covered
the answered we can’t change it and hardware coverage means if the phone have a hardware problem caused by manufacturing but the description of hardware covered in the settings of the phone didn’t say if it was caused by me or the manufacturing so it means it must be fixed by the warranty.

Accidental damage is NOT covered by your Apple Warranty. And screens rarely if ever crack due to manufacturing defect. You will need to pay to have the screen replaced on your iPhone as you were advised by the service provider in Egypt.
A broken screen is not a manufacturing defect. You’ll need to pay to have it repaired as that will not be covered by warranty.
