Unable to view local CBS station with Apple TV Paramount+

I've been working with Paramount+ team to resolve the issue of not being able to watch live TV from my local CBS affiliate on Apple TV with no success for some time. Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

I'm able to view local CBS station (WFSB) on other devices (iPhone and Roku), but not through the Apple TV.
