Log in issues

I can’t log in using my ICloud password or my Apple ID? It’s saying it’s incorrect and it giving me the option to change it but I can’t because it doesn’t recognize it

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

Try a Hard Restart:

Made any recent changes, such as updates? Try this...

  1. Go To: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Shut Down (very bottom).
  4. Swipe: Line to the Right
  5. Wait: 30 Seconds
  6. Power Back Up
