You mean that when you pay for a song, you are not buying it, what you are paying for is the purchase of a license to play and listen to it. Does that gives me the right to use as background music on a video I have created?
You need to check with Apple legal, but, as far as I know, you cannot. Unless you created the song and got the copyright, you cannot simply buy someone else's.
And, FWIW, you cannot purchase songs from iTunes; you purchase a license to play/listen to them.
