Battery dies quickly after updating the phone to iOS 16. And heats up during charging ?

Same with mine. Died in 3 hours today ….was on but not being used. Battery health yesterday was 84% ….today health is 82%. I don’t know what it was before the update as I was not having any issues at all.

IOS 16.1.2 battery issues I have an Iphone 14 Pro and a 14 Pro Max. Since IOS 16.1.2 both phones’ batteries are draining too fast and the phones are getting hot. Anyone else with this issue? Thanks

Anyone experiencing terrible battery life after updating to 16.3.1? Ever since the update the battery life on my phone (13promax) has been really terrible. Not only this but the phone is repeatedly getting VERY warm to the point where it’s uncomfortable to hold, and with that the issue arises during only minimal-moderate usage. I’m really just typing this in hopes there are more reports so that Apple can release an update to fix the bugs.
