APPLE TV TOO LOUD WHEN CONNECTING TO HOTEL TV

this is still an issue and there has never been an answer to resolve. Including myself, 83 people have clicked on “me too” indicating they have the same problem.

to get around this, the only way is to “mirror” your phone instead of AirPlay. Turn your phone sideways to landscape so it fills your screen and on the phone you can adjust the volume.

I would like to know the fix to this please if anyone knows. Before I figured out mirroring it works, I was putting a blanket around the tv because it was so loud.

Also, keep in mind that when you mirror tv from your phone you won’t be able to use your phone with it disrupting whatever you are watching. So our not on pause or, what I do is I use my older iPhone to mirror tv if you have one.
