There are NO issues using a 30W power/charging adapter.
The iPad will ONLY use whatever power/charge rate it needs to charge and no more.
Using a 30W power/charging adapter block should be no problem, no worries.
Best of Luck to You!

voltage != watt
Watt is like how fast your car can drive, but the speed limit is how fast your car do drive
the iphone draw as much current as it was build to use when charging, the fact that
a charger can provide a lot more just means it's not having its full capacitive
used
so as long as it's no higher than 5volts and the connector fits and it's minimum 5
watt then it could be 5GigaWatt without problems
Assuming your iPad10 was supplied with an Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter (now standard for many models of iPad), your iPad will be able to optimally charge at its maximum supported charging rate ~20W. Using a higher wattage Power Adapter will offer no additional benefit or detriment for iPad charging. Your iPad will only draw the power that it requires to optimally charge its battery.
Using a higher output Power Adapter does have advantages - for example, it can provide additional power capacity for other connected USB accessories which draw power from the USB bus. For example, a connected USB-C hub will typically draw 10W to run the hub, plus other connected devices (e.g., iPhone, card reader, wired keyboard etc.) will also draw power - their additional power needs being cumulative. As such, your 30W Power adapter has capability to fast-charge your iPad at its maximum supported rate and provide additional power for other connected devices.
So do you confirm that there will be no issue while charging 30Watt in ipad generation 10.

None whatsoever. Mine is current connected to a USB-C 120W Power Adapter, via a USB-C hub.
