I think you shouldn't chemical liquid cleaner. Wipe with squeeze water towel, after that wipe with camera lens cloth could be better.

I can’t vouch for the product you listed as I’ve never used it but all I use is a soft cloth with a couple squirts of household glass cleaner applied to it then wipe the screen gently.
