iCloud attachment time limits

How can I take away any time limit for viewing when I send an attachment using my iCloud email account on my MacBook Air to someone else?

Only attachments that are too large for email and sent through MailDrop have a time limit. Any other attachment is viewable as long as the recipient retains the message.
