syncing contacts on iPad

How do I sync my contacts to be the same on two iPads. I just got a new iPad and set it up with my iCloud settings. Some contacts came to my new iPad but not all of the contacts from the first opad

See if "All iCloud" is Clicked in Contacts App:

On both iPads, you need to select "All Contacts". So, see if that is clicked.

To Do So...

  1. Go to: Contacts app
  2. Tap: Groups (Top-Left)
  3. Tap: on "All iCloud" so it is checked (Top-Right)
