why is my account disabled in app store and itunes

When I try to download something in the appstore, it says "your account is disabled in the app store and itunes." I think this has happened because i was signing into my cashapp to change my pin and it was saying that my card numbers were wrong when they weren't. After some tries, it said you tried to many times so try again later and disabled or something so now i think my app store is connected with it.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
