Blue horizontal dotted line 14 Pro with front camera

So I have just had a FaceTime call and there was a blue dotted line right across the screen, only happens on the front camera, face unlock works, also happens on numerous other third party camera apps, now I am certain I’ve had a FaceTime call on this phone before, but not 100% certain, but this is the first time I’ve noticed this blue dotted line, have tried a hard reboot, don’t have access to a pc, to do a full reset and restore, any ideas, anyone else have this? My other iPhones are all on the same software 13 13Pro Max, and don’t have this issue, but this does seem to have appeared since the last update.
