the animations in the control centre of my MacBook Pro 13 inch m1 have become laggy after updating it to macOS Ventura. how can I fix this?
and when shutting down the MacBook the shutdown confirmations also doesn't come on the Touch Bar now.

ya same.... when I tried to edit the widgets in widgets menu, it crashed and did not respond... then I had to restart the laptop. then I reinstalled the widget menu using terminal and now its not bugging out but its still very laggy
When you ask about your problem here, in 90 % of cases they suggest to uninstall different apps. But how such a powerful computer with M1 chip can be laggy in so plain things? Just because of VPN or cleaner?
Yes, stage manager is another talking point. I try not to use it because of low FPS framerate, but this problem also concerns people with the newest macs on M1 Pro/Max and M2 chips, which is horrible for such an expensive machines
Tell me, please, do you have a problem in Preview app when zooming picture in and out with trackpad? It also very laggy, and this problem since Monterey. Strange that with PDFs animation is smooth. I tried this on different Macs with M1 (Air and Pro), absolutely the same. Also tried to connect with support, they just said that it's not a problem and this behavior is quite normal
yea... it happens with me sometimes. the zoom or rotate on trackpad sometimes doesn't work in preview and even on safari... for this I need to go to setting turn off zoom in and out feature and then again turn it on.
Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?
I have the same! Very laggy, especially when scrolling in “edit widgets” menu. MBP M1.
Also, I saw that added clock widget make animation more buggy
Yeah, I hope they will fix, and so funny that all betas before stable release were laggy too, but nobody cares, I guess

apple really needs to look into the animations of the Macs.
I hope the next update 13.1 fixes all these issues
and while zooming in preview it appears like the frames are a bit slow, so because of this the animation is a bit slow
