Cannot See All Photos in iMessage Conversation iOS 16

Which iPhone are you using, and what is the exact iOS it’s currently on? You can locate this information under Settings > General > About.

Are these the steps you’re using to locate them? Use Messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Are they showing in the Shared with You section in the Photos app? View photos and videos shared with you on iPhone - Apple Support

Are you using Messages in iCloud? Set up iCloud for Messages on all your devices - Apple Support

Thanks for that information. Now, we'd like to have you check the message history settings for Messages. Go t Settings > Messages, and tap "Keep Messages" under "Message History". If your messages are set to keep only 30 days, this could explain why the photos are no longer showing in details. Any messages more than 30 days old will delete, and this includes any attached photos.
