The apple watch calendar alert sound and haptic buzz is too subtle even when set to prominent and max volume. Is there any way to increase the duration of the sound and haptic buzz. I have missed several important meetings at work because the alert did not catch my attention. Really need a fix.

Can I get my Apple Watch (it's an old watch on operating system 4.3.2) to make a sound (in addition to a haptic) for calendar alerts? I have my watch sound settings on "mirror my iphone. I have my Iphone12 on a loud alert ("Constellation"), which works when the Iphone is awake. But when the Iphone is asleep, I get only a so-called "prominent haptic" (which is a faint tap that I barely notice) through the watch and the Iphone remains silent. As a result, I have missed a LOT of appointments! I need a solution that does one of two things: (1) allows my watch to make some kind of long/loud sound on the watch when the Iphone is asleep; or (2) has the Iphone playing "Constellation" even when it is asleep and I am wearing my watch. Possible?
