iCloud webmail Windows 10

Today, my emails in iCloud webmail on my Windows 10 pc have started grouping by thread / conversation. This seems to have coincided with a change in the interface on the iCloud mail website. I desperately want to get rid of the grouping as I find it awful and unworkable. Please can someone walk me through turning it off as I can’t find anything in the settings to do so. By the way, my emails are not grouping on my iPhone, so this seems to be a webmail issue.

Hey LMMOC,

While there wouldn't be an option available to adjust how messages are grouped by conversation on the iCloud website, you can find options for filtering messages in the following article: Search, filter, and flag email in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

"Filter email

In Mail on iCloud.com, click the folder you want to filter in the Mailboxes list.
Click above the message list. You can see the current filter next to “Filtered by.”
Do one of the following:

Change the filter: Click the current filter. In the pop-up menu, choose the filter or filters you want to use.
Stop filtering messages: Click the Filter Messages button again."
