Hey Everyone,
I have one contact that is unable to call me,but can text and FaceTime. I can call her directly, text and FaceTime without any problems. I do Not have her blocked. Checked many times. It is only my number she is having issues with wherever she is. It not isolated to one area. Any ideas?

The message does tell her that “the caller doesn’t accept calls at this time”. But I have checked to make sure her number isn’t blocked, it was the first thing I did. Is there another way that I could have blocked her number and it not show under blocked callers? And how can she text me? She can also FaceTime me? I certainly appreciate you reaching out, this has been going on a year or more. I was hoping with my new upgrade that the issue might have been fixed automatically

The first thing to do is to use the iPhone to contact your carrier an ask if they are experiencing any issues. If none, the Get Support link at top of the page here to contact Apple Support,
