Why does ipados 16 not have customisation

The fact is, iPadOS 16 for iPad, currently, has no Lock screen customisations.

Because Apple chose not to offer this feature on iPads.

Why they did this, we cannot say, as Apple has not mentioned anything about it, and normally does not disclose the why's of these types of decisions.
