How can I merge my two Apple IDs?

I have two different Apple IDs (set up with two different email addresses): one for iCloud and the other for Apple Music and apps. I'm not how I did that, but I want to consolidate them and have no idea how to do that. Can someone please help me?

Sorry, but you cannot do so. It is not possible to merge purchases from one AppleID with another.
