I have an iPhone 14 Pro that doesn't pair with my MacBook Air M1. My old iPhone 8 paired just fine. I now get this message... Pairing Unsuccessful "NES MacBook Air" is not supported.

How can I get my iPhone 14 Pro to pair with My MacBook Air M1?

Hello normanfrombrea,

The iPhone and Mac aren't designed to be paired for the purpose of sharing connections and data. What function were you looking to accomplish by pairing them?

If you're looking for data transfer, then you'll want to view: Sync content between your Mac and iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you're using the connection for things such as calls and texts, then see the following: Make and receive phone calls on Mac or iPad - Apple Support and Set up iPhone to get SMS messages on Mac - Apple Support

If this is related to something else, let us know some more details and we'll guide you from there.

Thanks!
