AirPods Pro 2 issue with my Mac Pro 2015

When I listen to a song on AirPods Pro 2 on my iPhone it sounds fine, but when I play any songs or videos on my 2015 MacBook Pro, there is a noticeable lagging (the sound disappear for few seconds and then work normally, this occur multiple times) , I have tried to re-connect the AirPods to the Mac but still same issue

As I said, they work fine with iPhone and no such an issue !

Any ideas on how to fix this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6
