The apple airplay option isn’t on my Vizio tv at all anymore. I looked in every section on the tv, and I still don’t see it.

Stream video from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a TV

1. Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.

2. Find the video that you want to stream.

3. Tap AirPlay . In some apps, you might need to tap a different button first.

 For example, in the Photos app, tap Share , then tap AirPlay .

4. Choose your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV.

To stop streaming, tap AirPlay  in the app that you're streaming from, then tap your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from the list.

If the issue persists, try to mirror the iPad screen by following the additional steps in the article above. This will help determine if the issue is with the TV or iPad.
