Active email on iPad has a blue background, how do I get it back to white?



Any suggestions?

We're seeing something similar in both screenshots, even though one is not an email and that's the blue outline box along with what is being selected in a blue highlight. By any chance, in Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard is Full Keyboard Access enabled? If so, let's disable it and test.


If that function is already disabled, let's try toggling it on, and then toggling it back off and checking again.
