iPhone SE 1st Gen wifi problem

My iPhone SE 1st Gen since removing the SIM card was able to connect to wifi just fine. Recently it fails even though I have have a ✔️ beside the wifi network. The wifi icon briefly appears, but then disappears each time I toggle wifi connection. What is the fix?

Problem solved. It was a Bitdefender issue.
