in order to use “Find my “ Apple Watch on my iPhone 14 I have to go to App Store, search the “Find My” app and tap to “open” then tap “find my watch”. What am I missing here? There appears to be no way to download the “find my app” itself on the phone. I have the app activated on the watch and all I have to do is open it and tap to find my phone. Suggestions please.
If that App Store shows "Open" for an app, that means that the app is already on your iPhone.
Apps can be removed from the home screen without being deleted. Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
Also note the Search window at the top of the App Library.
