Apple Monitor not connecting

With the latest update to Max OS Ventura 13.0.1, my Mac no longer recognizes my external Apple Monitor display . I’ve replaced the USB C to Thunderbolt connector to an Apple connector have reviewed Apple support forums and tried all potential resolutions. Mac still does not recognize the external Apple display. Confirmed monitor works with other Mac Airbook (not OS Ventura). Is it possible OS Ventura does not support older Apple displays?
