I received a new debit card with the same number but different expiration date and ccv number. I cannot update the card that is on file and it won’t let me add a new card with the same number? What do I need to do?

You can also sign on to your Apple ID account on the web and alter your card details there. From Apple ID - Official Apple Support go to Visit your Apple ID account page and sign in. I recently updated my debit card with the same edits you are attempting in this way.
