iwatch series 3 update issue not updating with iOS 16 what’s the problem please resolve ASAP

At least ensure the iPhone is updated to 16.1.1 for security reasons if nothing else.

It may contain a fix for what we suspect may be a bug with Watch series 3

Restart the iPhone and the Watch.

Unfortunately I am not seeing any confirmations that 16.1.1 fixes the problems with pairing or updating on Series 3.
